- Can thimblehub help if I don't have clinicians yet?
- Yes. We partner with clinician networks to give you flexible options. We introduce you to one that fits your brand and set it up, and you agree terms with it directly. Networks we work with can handle controlled-substance programs such as TRT.
- How fast can I launch?
- As fast as 3 days after you sign. It takes longer if you still need a pharmacy or clinicians, are waiting on LegitScript certification, want website design revisions, are planning marketing with us, or need custom builds.
- What does thimblehub cost?
- Setup, a monthly fee, and a fee per order that drops as you grow. We walk through your numbers on a call.
- Can I switch from Bask to thimblehub?
- Yes. We run the move and test it end to end before anyone switches. If your current platform holds your patients' saved cards and won't copy them over, each patient enters their card once on your new checkout.
- Who owns the patients and data?
- You do. Your patients, data, domain, and payment processor stay yours, and we sign a BAA with you.
